Q:What will be served at the reception?

A: Appetizers will be served following the ceremony. Dinner will be served at 5:30 and will be Barbecue catering from gravity smokehouse.

Q:What time should I arrive?

A:The ceremony begins at 3:30pm. We ask that you please arrive no later than 3:15 to ensure enough time to be seated before the ceremony begins.

Q: Where will events be held?

A: Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Bear Creek Farms in Laingsburg. The ceremony will be held outdoors with an indoor barn reception to follow.

Q: How do I RSVP?

A: You may click the RSVP link on our website OR return your mailed RSVP card.

Q:When should I RSVP?

A:Please send your RSVP by April 12th, 2025

Q:What should I do if I cannot attend?

A: We will miss you! Please send back your RSVP card or click our link stating that you will not be in attendance.

Q:Will alcohol will be served?

A: An open bar will be provided for those 21 and up.

Q:What should I wear?

A: We would love for our guests to dress up with us in our special day but please wear whatever makes you comfortable for our indoor/outdoor event.

Q:What happens if it rains?

A: In the event of poor weather, all of the day's events will be held inside the event barn.

Q:Is there parking?

A: Yes! There is plenty of parking near the barn. A golf cart will be available for those who need assistance getting down to the ceremony area.
